Fit

Who is PercyTech for?

Owner-led businesses, consultants, operators, and entrepreneurs who know technology can help but do not want a generic agency package or another SaaS subscription they have to duct-tape into place.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You need to understand your business. We handle the technical architecture and explain the important decisions in plain language. If you want to learn more deeply, we make room for that.

Is this for people who want to do the work themselves?

It can be. Some clients want us to build everything. Others want coaching, reviews, prompts, tooling, and enough guidance to become dangerous on their own. Both are valid.

Work

What do you build?

Websites, client portals, internal tools, AI assistants, automations, data workflows, small apps, integrations, and technical operating systems for the business.

Can you help me learn AI?

Yes. We can teach practical AI usage for your actual work: prompting, workflow design, agent thinking, knowledge bases, automations, and when not to use AI at all.

Can you modernize something that already exists?

Usually. We can audit the current stack, identify what is worth keeping, replace the brittle pieces, and phase the work so the business keeps running.

Process

How does an engagement start?

We start with a focused discovery call. The first job is to clarify the outcome, constraints, budget, timeline, and whether the right move is a build, a workflow redesign, coaching, or a simpler tool setup.

Will I own the work?

Yes. The default posture is practical ownership: clear access, documented decisions, and no unnecessary platform lock-in.

Can we start small?

That is usually the best move. A small useful win reveals more truth than a giant speculative roadmap.

Still sorting out what you need?

Good. That is usually where the useful work starts. Tell us what is on your mind.
