PercyTech is operated by Percentric Technologies, LLC, which is responsible for these terms.

These terms describe the general rules for using PercyTech's website and working with PercyTech. Specific consulting, software, website, AI, or implementation work is governed by the written proposal, statement of work, invoice, or agreement accepted for that project.

Services

PercyTech provides technology consulting, custom software, website development, AI enablement, workflow automation, technical coaching, and related services. Project scope, deliverables, timing, fees, and responsibilities are defined in the applicable written agreement.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required access, business rules, brand assets, compliance requirements, and approvals needed to complete the work.

Third-party tools

Projects may rely on third-party platforms such as hosting providers, AI services, payment processors, analytics tools, CRMs, or automation services. Those services are governed by their own terms, pricing, privacy practices, and availability.

Ownership and licenses

Ownership of project deliverables is defined in the applicable written agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, PercyTech retains rights to pre-existing tools, reusable code, know-how, templates, and general methods developed outside a client-specific deliverable.

No guaranteed outcome

PercyTech works to deliver useful, practical technology, but no website, software system, AI workflow, training engagement, or consulting recommendation can guarantee a specific revenue, traffic, compliance, funding, or operational result.

Acceptable use

You may not use this site or PercyTech deliverables for unlawful activity, security abuse, intellectual property infringement, deceptive practices, or misuse of AI systems.

Text messages

PercyTech texts people who opt in, from the numbers on Text PercyTech. We send replies to your questions, demo and meeting scheduling, account and support updates, and promotional texts about PercyTech products and events. Message frequency varies.
